Tegra 2 is a Chinese tablet, pitfalls?

I want to buy a tablet on Tegra 2, so that I can sit in the internet without brakes and watch 1080p video. I looked at the prices of branded tablets - they start from 20K rubles. I looked at the Chinese non-names on Alibaba, found two models:
www.aliexpress.com/product-fm/484351171-express-sh...
www.aliexpress.com/product-gs/483700856-nVIDIA-Teg...
By the way, there is more here is a model www.aliexpress.com/product-gs/479836476-10-1-Capac... , but it is embarrassing that there are many of the same models with the characteristics as in the above link, and in some way Android 3. There is a suspicion that they are just trying to deceive good people.
If you buy a Chinese tablet, what pitfalls can come out? Apart from the fact that Android 3 is unclear how to install. And some gestures to get the root to access the android.market.
Or maybe take what simpler branded model, on the Cortex A8, for example, there will be such up to 10K rubles? And what about performance when surfing complex sites, with flash and other javascript?

I looked at a lot of tablet reviews on YouTube. As far as I understand, even the top-end ones cannot handle flash normally .
In your situation, I would advise you to think about two devices - an inexpensive network media player for video in 1080 and an inexpensive tablet (you can even use the first iPad). Most likely it will be better and more convenient ...

There is a very good habraarticle pros and cons of cheap noname tablets , which covers this topic well.
And yet, I would not recommend the Chinese, too much marriage.
There is an alternative, add 5 more to 10 thousand - and take asus eeepad , even the lack of 3g can be solved by buying MiFi .

The first link is not tegra, despite the presence of these words in the title. The Chinese also like to add megahertz and even add gpu to the common piggy bank. So it turns out some kind of haipad m9 1.3Ghz = 533Mhz * 2 + 200Mhz GPU =)
However, I ordered just this one (version with gps) because of the price-quality ratio. Full hd video pulls, 3D games are coming, a live community on w3bsit3-dns.com and Chinese sites.
Tegra2 is a slightly different price category.

The first link is renesas, here is its review: habrahabr.ru/blogs/iTablet/124357/
Firstly, there is android 2.2, and secondly, there is not even Tegra at all, but NEC EMMA Mobile EV2
Well, prices are better for DX and NS (including delivery)
On the first and third links - I can’t say anything, but about the third android - I doubt it very much, because. Google doesn't open source yet.

As an option: habrahabr.ru/blogs/netbook/81025/
Did you get this flash, did the light converge on it like a wedge? Get yourself an alternative browser and you won’t have flash and JS will work well if the built-in one is not enough. The price is not so high in your links that you lose a lot if you fail.

Offtopic of course, but there is a wonderful Toshiba AC100 device on tegre2 (5555 rubles in Mediamarkt). Not a tablet, of course, but with all sorts of nishtyaks like power consumption (8 hours of surfing and 3 days in standby mode, from which it exits in a second), he never ceases to please me. Well, FullHD of course (1080 does not slow down, but you don’t need more than 720 for such a resolution)
