Tech support or developer bug?
Let's say if I'm making a "dynamic" site, which, depending on time / other criteria, can change performance. The client accepts the site and says that everything is fine. He turns in 3-6 months and says that there are a couple of bugs or the site started to work unstable, but at the same time he refused the support that was offered at the end of development. And also requires a refund or fix bugs / return the site to working capacity.
Question: is this a developer’s jamb that he must fix at any time after the site is delivered, or can the client go to the stump because he refused those support and accepted the site or pay for fixing bugs?

If the site was accepted, that means everything, the project is closed, you don't owe anything. Especially six months later.
There were such problems, so I prescribe in the contract, the warranty period of support, I have it equal to 6 months, during this time I will fix the identified bugs and my jambs, the finishing touches are paid separately

You should clearly state the support policy, under what conditions, when and by whom it is supported. For example, in case of refusal of technical support, claims are not accepted. If he signs this, he will no longer be able to demand anything.
It's all about relationships.
Think of how not just to fix, but also to improve
Do not be afraid of the price and its arguments, increase the price per hour, increase the value, but also give the result in return (even higher than agreed, yes)
How so? The site did not like the weather? especially for 3 months ... in more detail, did you make shit by chance?
Are there bugs or not? Did you warn about them?
I always say this - I do this and that, but there will be disadvantages to fix - you can make it a crutch, you can not do it, but keep in mind the third ... honesty has never frightened a client
Yes, everyone can always go to the stump, just like you, your reputation, your conscience and your life ... no matter how it is a matter of the universe ... it's another matter you grow a person, a professional, a partner, etc. in yourself. ..
I do not recommend working on the principle of "accepted - it's your own fault"
You are a programmer, you solve problems - solve this one too ...
