Buy an example.com domain, create a tc.example.com subdomain in it, for which you specify the IP of your team city. All.
You can set the desired domain for free in the hosts file (/etc/hosts Linux, c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts Windows) on all machines from which you want to access by domain name.
