Teaching DeepSpeech with audiobooks, perhaps?

There is no Russian model for DeepSpeech and this is a problem for us, the bearers of the "great and mighty", for learning we need hundreds of hours of audio and text for them, but we cannot find enthusiasts for this work, but there are a lot of audio books that have their own text analogues by which they were read, is it possible to use them for teaching?
If so, why hasn't anyone done this yet?
