Самый простой вариант подключиться напрямую к базе из 1С и работать с данными. Я oledb когда то использовал - не знаю что сейчас актуально. Чтобы сделать решение кросс-платформенным, можно сделать php прокси скрипт, чтобы по HTTP пробрасывать SQL.
