Task Manager?

Hello, habrausers!
I finally decided to become responsible, so I'm looking for some good task scheduler for Windows. The scheduler must be local, like the one found in Microsoft Outlook. I have nothing against Outlook, but I don't really want to use it, tk. I don't need a mail monster with notebook functions.
Of all the similar software, only Mozilla Sunbird looked , in general, it suits me, but what if you advise something better or share your experience, how where and what to write down? :)
Thanks in advance!

I did not find anything that would suit my needs and started writing my own. :) But reminders are unlikely to appear there before summer ...

A simple task manager and task tracker crossed with the tomato technique. Good for developers. Tasks can be grouped into projects, statistics can be counted. pomodorka.ru

I use Google Calendar in the browser + it's on Android; for tasks not tied to a specific date, I use Google Tasks in web application mode (google-chrome --app=" mail.google.com/tasks/ig?pli=1 ") + Android application.
