Tank fluid control?
Good afternoon, colleagues! I ask for your help.
Task: Control of tanks up to 10 pcs using a submersible hydrostatic level gauge
This sensor transmits a signal via RS-485, what is the best way to assemble an inexpensive controller so that it can collect liquid intake indicators from all tanks, and as an additional task the tank has 2 necks there are pumps in them, there will be an induction sensor, if the pump is unscrewed, then information should go to the controller (it works on dry ends) and send data to the cloud via wi-fi

ESP-8266. There you have Wi-Fi and everything you need for your task.
Add a converter module 485 to MAX485 to it (it costs 30 rubles).
In ESP, add a code that will interrogate your sensors in turn and, if one is not reached, or the readings are inadequate, raise an alarm.

Total receiver 485 + arduino + esp
Induction sensor standard 12V ???
Then add decoupling on optocouplers
