Taking the Kindle out of the states?

I asked a friend to buy me a Kindle ... Tell me, please, is it possible to export equipment in boxes (maybe they need to be printed or something else) and does the device need a box for warranty? Well, in general, are there any nuances about the export of equipment?
Many thanks for the advice!

The box is needed for a guarantee, do not throw it away! It's better to unpack, you don't care, and there will be no extra questions. The Kindle is linked to the account by the user upon receipt, not by Amazon upon sending. You can link to any Amazon account, including without a card. By the way, you can also untie it from the account later.

when I bought the Kindle on Amazon, it was automatically linked to my account with which I made the purchase. BUT at the same time, it was possible to specify that Kindle be sent without binding at all.
In general, in the case of Kind, binding is not a restriction of any of your rights, but is done for your convenience. Then you can untie and reattach without problems.
