Take issued invoices in 1s-Enterprise?

Good afternoon! There is a task on generation of documents. For the account number, you need to take the last invoice issued in 1s-Enterprise and add one. Is it possible to somehow pull out the Sales> Invoices list via Php, or get the last invoice? Or maybe there are hooks that can send data when a new account is added? Thanks in advance!
