the battery kept well on the tablet, the charge broke and soldered it and put it on charge for the night, it warmed up during the night (apparently it soldered the charge incorrectly, it’s hard to solder the thin plug) - after that the battery began to leave momentarily and take a long time to charge. I thought I ruined the battery, I bought a new one - I installed it, the problem remained. Is it about charging? And even more than 78% is not charging, and when you take out the charger, it shows that it continues to charge

Perhaps something has become with your charge controller .. but for starters, I would try to charge with a known working charge.
