Table synchronization script, how to add another column?

Hello everyone, tell me ...
There are 2 databases, each has the same tables. The tables of the first base are changed by users, the tables of the second base need to be synchronized with the first.
I found a script that can synchronize an index and one column ( https://yadi.sk/d/vtgC8AIAdtVbr ) (as I understand it, someone modified the script from phpkode.com). It works perfectly, but with one but ... it looks for changes in one column, and I have several columns (in general, there are a lot of columns, but I need to synchronize several). I tried to do it by analogy with the $scol variable - it does not see any changes.
Tell me how you can modify the script so that you can synchronize additional columns, in addition to this one.
Thanks
PS Please do not offer replication. there is no full access to the server.

@Sanasol

The code is in the archive on the Yandex disk, now I have seen everything.
The last argument is a line with the required columns separated by commas and that's it.
