T3 blank joomla how to manage?

Friends, hello everyone!
For quite a long time I have a problem on the site joomla + t3 black, what is the point. It is not possible to change parameters in the template settings. I choose the development mode, I press save, the system seems to swear, but the error field is empty. Who faced a similar problem?
