Syntax highlighting not working in Sublime Text2. What to do?
Doesn't work even after installing Emmet. I saved everything in a format so that the program understood that I was writing in html. But all the code is written in one color.
And emmet refuses to respond to the tab button, I had to climb in the settings. There, by default, for some reason, it was ctrl + e, and not tab.
What could be the solutions to the problem?

I'll write a stupid answer, but you never know.
Are you saving as <filename>.html? The backlight itself flew off precisely because of the non-writing of the .html extension when saving the file.
Also probably a stupid answer. And if you manually set the syntax via ctrl+shift+p set syntax html? I always change the syntax like this and use emmet also through this combination
