Synchronizing Google apps with AD?

Greetings!
I can’t synchronize ...
I use a utility from Google.
After setting up, I perform a synchronization simulation, I get:

Proposed Change Report, Generated 15:06:13 29.11.2012
 Analyzed users:
  1 259 local
  191 remote
 Proposed changes:
  Delete: 0
  Modify: 191
  Create: 1 204

And then a list of what changes were made, which users were created/deleted, etc. Everything seems to be fine ...
But with real synchronization, it appears: Computed differences exceed configured sync limits, not applying changes.
And a report comes to the mail:
User retrieval summary:
Synchronization would have exceeded configured delete limits, and it was aborted.
Plugin "LDAP Plugin" performed a full retrieval with 0 errors, and 0 warnings.
