Synchronization of the database in two directions, how to implement?

Hello!
There is a pharmacy program called M-Pharmacy + , it uses the Cache database - this is the server part.
Each pharmacy has its own server with its own database, so all changes are collected in the " main " base, Office.
DB Office - general rules, directories, users are configured here ... After that, changes can be sent to departments. All retails, sales also flock here ... In fact, it becomes a partial copy of a pharmacy.
At the same time, there is only one Office database and data from all pharmacies are collected into it
. Now it became necessary to receive goods in one place, it is necessary to have direct access to the pharmacy database from one place.
Direct - the data must be changed directly in the database of a particular pharmacy or, say, in a copy of the database locally and later synchronized with the pharmacy.
So the question is how best to implement this?
At the moment, the width of the Internet channel is 2 Mbps.
Is it possible to make two databases into which data will be entered, and later synchronized?
There are several pharmacies, different legal entities (several pharmacies for one, several for another ...)

@ruskella

The easiest way to work is the same as they worked, and if you need access to the databases of pharmacies via VPN VNC, organize access through separate accounts in the databases. And get the result with minimal cost.
