Synchronization of local and remote database

There is a local database on the user's computer, and a remote database on the hosting. Using the desktop program, records are added/edited/deleted to the local database. Using the web interface, such changes are made to the remote database. They need to be synchronized somehow. Are there any means? If not, give advice on how to organize it.

Do not offer to use a remote database in the program, but a local one on the site. Reason: poor internet connection, constant data transfer slows down the program.

I use mysql (both local and remote).
