Symfony Update how to solve problems after Update 3.4 => 4.4?

Hello everyone, after Update from 3.4 to 4.4, there are warning problems in the console:
Environment variable not found: Aplication_Host
An exception occured in driver: could not find driver.
How to solve this problem?
