Symfony 4 Type - How to create custom Type with Twig templates?

Hello everyone,
is it possible to create your own type with twig templates?
I don’t know if it’s clear what I want to achieve, in
general, I want to create my own field for the form, so that when using this Type, twig is tied up with a custom java script
