Symfony 2, how to implement tags for articles?

There is a task to implement tags for articles on symfony 2. I have not delved into symfony itself yet, but there is a task, there is nothing to do.
Actually, I would like to tie this:

Tags should be universal, that is, suitable for posts and news, for example.
There are two questions at once:
1) As I understood it should be a separate bundle?
2) Is there already something ready for symfony 2?
