Switching Ubuntu Gnome layout?

Hello!
Desktop: On board Ubuntu 14.04 LST, Gnome 3.9.90.
The problem is as follows: After starting the session, everything works as it should, the indicator displays the desired language, Ctrl + Shift switches the language, BUT after a while the switching stops working, if you manually switch to the opposite language with the mouse, it will turn on, just Ctrl + Shift will switch the layout again, but not back.
I have had a problem for a long time, I read a lot about it, I read somewhere that the CapsLock indicator, which was just the same for me, breaks the keyboard connection, turned it off, worked for some time without problems, now the same thing again.

@BlackTrub

I don’t know if it’s relevant, but only super + space works correctly for me. I'm already used to this, especially since Windows and Mac also support such a translation of the language out of the box.
