Switching recognition language in Actions on Google (Dialogflow) on the fly?

Good day to all!
People tell me who is familiar with the development of voice applications - Action on Google (Dialogflow)?
I am interested in the possibility to implement the following task:
After launching the application, a question is asked in Russian, but the answer must be recognized already in English, after which the recognized English word is processed on the backend and sent as a request to another API.
Is it possible to switch the recognition language on the fly?
