Switching from Joomla to Bitrix: what is the best way?
Task: Transition from Joomla to Bitrix, Transition from Joomla 1.5 to Small Business with maintaining links on the working site.
On a working online store, change the entire site running on joomla 1.5 and VirtueMart 1.1.5 to a ready-made solution on the "Small Business" edition. And to do it as imperceptibly as possible for search robots...i.e. save all links to products, categories and articles.
I would like to hear the advice and opinions of experts on some points.
1) I decided to save the links using a 301 redirect through .htaccess and substituting the desired value in the "character code" field.
2) I would not like to use all sorts of migrators, and transfer goods through csv files. I think Bitrix is possible.
3) (most confusing) regarding product licensing. it is necessary that the site be visible on the Internet during the period of bringing to mind. I decided to upload Bitrix to new.site.ru and how it will be ready to transfer to the main site.ru. in this scenario, I will not lose my license?
And we need a specialist in Btrix, to whom I could turn with small consultations and tasks (not for free, of course). Preferably from Moscow to cooperate in the future. There will be a couple more projects, but I won’t get by with ready-made solutions there)

1) you can;
2) do not use migrators, bring everything normally to csv and everything is well imported in Bitrix;
3) you can use it for 30 days for free without entering a license key, in extreme cases you can enter it, but then you will have to write a Bitrix ticket asking you to change the domain name data for the license, in any case everything is decided.
3) When purchasing a license, you specify all domains, including test ones, specify new.site.ru and site.ru.
1) Depends on the structure, you can do without a 301 redirect - do you need it? 301 should be used only in extreme cases (the page has been deleted or it’s not a pity to lose positions on those URLs). In Bitrix, the CNC setting is very flexible.
I agree that development is best done on a dev server, and then just switch domains
