Switch 3Com 2952-SFP Plus / HP v1910 and MS NPS - how to make them work with 802.1x?

The above switch is available.
In the presence of Windows Server 2008, along with an installed and running NPS (Network Policy Server) - working, because the Cicso 4410W APs were wound up from a half-kick - it was only necessary to specify the radius of the server and configure the policies on the server itself.

With a switch, this does not work. Tried different configurations. I can confirm with screenshots. But so far there is no way to make it so that only authenticated users are connected.

Maybe someone has already stepped on this rake in the form of these switches and can tell?
