Swipe + open block below element?

Unfortunately never worked with gestures.
There is an image. When clicking and dragging this image down, the block under this image should be "showed".
Can you please tell me how to implement this functionality?
I can use AngularJS, Ionic, I can use Angular UI or Bootstrap.

In my opinion, the most normal library for gestures is HammerJS .
Write yourself a wrapper directive and save your nerves. :)
