Swift, iOS. How to get a callback after a change in contacts?

For example, a new contact has been added to the address book. How to determine if the address book has been changed? I found this function ABAddressBookRegisterExternalChangeCallback and ABExternalChangeCallback... But I just can't start this crap :(
