.swf - overlay sound on video?

I read about the Jing screen capture program.
In general, she is ok to me. liked it. The result of the work is a .swf file with a screencast. BUT it is not possible to adequately comment on the process of work at the same time. It's easier to first make a recording, and then voice acting.

Which program is easier/cheaper to add sound?
I try not to use pirates, otherwise the answer would be simple.

Try a trial from Adobe Captivate or Camtasia Studio.
There is also an option from Fast stone.
The fact is that you get not a video, but an optimized set of key frames and screenshots. It's quite tedious to impose sound on top.

If the task is commercial, then it is better to find money for Adobe Captivate. It is very good and comfortable. Or use the trial version as recommended above.
If everything is completely bad, then putting a recording from a microphone (Audacity) in the background and working with Jing, you can combine sound and swf-> avi video in a variety of encoders. Just cut off the beginning of the sound and that's it.
If you initially have the task of getting swf, then use the open flex sdk to combine the finished mp3 and swf/
