SVG click not working in Safari?

It has the following block:

icons in it - svg
A handler hangs on the wrapper block. It works correctly in all browsers, but in Safari, when you click on the icon, nothing happens, when you click on the text, everything works.
If you move the icon outside the block, the click event on the svg will be caught. But in the block for some reason does not work. What can be wrong?
