Sudo without password?

sudo ydcmd put --rsync /home/backup/ disk:/backup
this code works via console.
but it doesn’t work through cron (vesta cp), the report comes to the mail
sudo: no tty present and no askpass program specified
What could be the matter?

see from which user cron runs tasks.
and why sudo to boot into poison??
