Suddenly, the network on the laptop drops from nothing [screenshots in the description]. Why is this happening, how and what to fix?

Lost Wifi signal, then did sudo service networking restart. After that (as it seems to me), the network worked, and after five minutes it fell. It was not possible to lift by means of the ifup command. I'm not advanced in setting up a network, I'm just still advancing. I know and use the ifconfig, ifup, ifdown commands - and that knowledge is probably incomplete. I can do something with these commands. When a difficulty arises, I climb into the manual or into a search engine. Not so long ago I noticed that in addition to the above, there is also an ifquery command, - I had no idea about the presence of which, exactly the same as about the purpose: I

also know that there is a file for /etc/network/interfaces:

Roughly speaking, - tell me, - why is the network falling? If it is difficult to judge because of what, then tell me how to diagnose, - I don’t want to reboot the system every time in such cases
. There is a suspicion that the channels are clogged, - I tested:

At the moment, all Wifi devices are on different channels. So if the situation repeats itself, I will re-take measurements
