Sudden file corruption on Linux server

Who faced the subject? In particular, configuration files get corrupted. For example, instead of virtual server settings in Apache, text garbage (intelligible text) suddenly appears mixed with crocozyabrs.

Can these troubles be caused by the fact that in recovery mode (booting from Resque CD) one of the disk partitions included in RAID 1 was mounted separately as ext3, a couple of files were fixed on it and booted from the raid after that?

I had a similar problem due to memory defects.

There was a similar situation, but due to the lack of free disk space. Treated fschk and removing unnecessary

You not that one screw from spot-check to change and then to expect that everything will be good?
What prevented you from editing the file on raid1, and not on a separate screw.
How should the raid treat the fact that everything should be the same on the screws, but because you climbed everything became different? This is where the problems grow.

Changed the files on only one of the disks and you ask? Of course, yes.
RAID1 reads from both partitions in any convenient order. If the information is not synchronized, then any glitches are possible.
It was necessary to boot with the disk pulled out and then synchronize separately.
