Subnet / 29, / 28 from the provider, how to configure it correctly on Cisco?

Hello! There was a need to use additional, external addresses to assign to virtual machines in the hypervisor. At the moment, there is only one external IP address, a /30 bit address is registered on the external interface, such as 85.85.85.22 with a mask of .252, respectively, and the default gateway is 85.85.85.21.
Now, if I understand correctly, in order to be able to use additional external addresses, we need to get a subnet from the provider, for example, a /29 subnet will be enough for 6 external addresses, or take a /28 subnet for 14 addresses with a margin.
I would like to understand what the subnet setting will come down to in this case. Will it be possible to simply reassign the new received data with a new .240 or .248 mask to the external interface and configure NAT to bind to specific, internal external addresses? And it's all? What other settings are needed?
Can anyone tell me how much such a subnet should cost monthly, what can / should be the "average" price tag in Moscow for such a service?
In general, is it correct to solve the problem of using / owning several IP addresses (more than one) by obtaining a subnet? Or are there other ways?

Price order : https://hc.ru/ru/services/corporate/extra/ip
(i.e. through the IP that hangs on your side). You will receive traffic to the IP addresses of this subnet. And then you are already destroying it yourself, with your own means.

ask the same question to the provider.
you can issue a network in two ways:
1. Open a new network to your existing interface. In this case, you simply use this network in your routing, no nat is needed. Hang a new network on the vlan in which you have virtual machines and give them the necessary addresses.
2. Replace your old network with a new one. In this case, you will need to change the address on the link with the provider and then natit the necessary virtual machines into the necessary real ones.
How exactly the provider will act - until you ask him, you will not know.
PS. IMHO the first option is better.
