Submitting product attributes via Ninja Forms wordpress?

I have a wordpress site selling products. On the product page there is an "Ask a question" button, through which a pop-up form is created based on the "Ninja forms" plugin. There are input fields, when they are filled out, an email is sent. But the customer wants the attributes of the product (size, material, etc.) to come, through which the user asks a question. Attributes are displayed on the product page in the form of a technical description of the product.
How to do it?
