Submitting an app to the App Store as an individual. Are there any disadvantages of this method in comparison with IP / LLC?

I want to put the application in the Apple AppStore being a physicist.
Are there any pitfalls in comparison with IP / LLC?
I saw somewhere that over the years, Apple can write to you with some questions about this application, if there is suddenly some kind of complaint from users about it (let's say, as an extreme case). What is excluded if the application is posted from the LLC, since when the LLC is closed, all responsibility is thrown off.
The application is free, without ads, you need to speak with it at the conference and show it to potential investors.
If investors are found, then an LLC will be formed (all profits will be officially shown), but for now I see no reason to bother and I want to lay out as a physicist.
Is it worth it to be afraid? Or just after the conference it will be possible to remove the application from the app store and not take a steam bath?
Maybe there are some other downsides?
Thanks to all!

Spread like a physicist and don't worry! Find investors, make the transfer of the application from your account to the account of a legal entity. If you don't find it, just delete it and that's it. And you should not be afraid of letters from Apple if you do not violate anyone's rights. And even in this case, you will simply be asked to remove the application or replace the controversial content.
