Sublime Text 3 - Theme issue. What did you do wrong, how to fix it?

The Soda theme is crooked in Sublime Text 3 =( According to the manual, I downloaded the package via Package Control, registered the theme in Settings-User, only the tabs changed, in my opinion, the rest remained in the same design colors.
