After upgrading to windows 10, sublime text 3 stopped working, or rather its plugins. I reinstall - nothing changes. The packege control console does not react in any way and also does not reset through the console. It does not give any errors!
Please tell me how to fix this?

1. Try to look in Default settings and in User settings parameter ignored packages.
