Sublime text 3 how to merge 2 projects?

There is a global project (main) and inside it there is another one (second), they contain modules with the same file name. When switching files (show_overlay)(ctrl+p) I often switch to the wrong module file.
To avoid this, you can select them in each of your own, but I don’t really like this option, so I will have to switch between them often, if there are any other options? Is there anything like subProject?
