Tell me, is it possible to duplicate in the sublime so that the duplicated appears from a new line, for example, as in the entire code. Now when you press combinations for duplication (ctrl + shift + d, ctrl + y ets ..), the duplicated is added to the end of the selected one.

ctrl+shift+d works if you want to duplicate the entire line.
Just put the cursor on the desired line, and do not select it.
