Sublime how to do syntax highlighting and autocomplete in scss files?

It is necessary that sublime text 3 has highlighting and autocomplete.
By autocomplete, I mean hints that pop up in a small window as you type code.
Everything works fine in css files,
but in scss files there is no autocomplete and highlighting for new css3 properties such as flex, transform, etc.
Installed plugin "css extended completions" partly helped only with autocomplete flex , but there is no autocomplete highlight for other new properties.
What can I do to make everything work as it should?
Plugins installed:
"css extended completions"
"scss"

I understand by autocomplete you mean the emmet plugin
