Subdomain does not work in Apache, what should I do?

Guys, tell me plz, I threw files executable on the server into the folder in the path /var/www/my_domain
in this folder there are files that should open after the slash of the main domain my_domain/subdomain.
When I switch to the domain itself, everything works, but when they add / subdomain, it gives the following error
