When you turn on the computer, Windows 10 starts up and just stupidly hangs on the logo, what should I do?
Cleaned the computer from dust and can this be the problem? I connected everything, etc.

When you turn on the computer, repeatedly press F8 until the diagnostic center appears (if Windows starts loading -> reboot and again F8 until it starts debugging).
Further inside, "Select action" -> "Diagnostics" -> "Advanced options" -> "Startup recovery".
