Structure when, how to build correctly?

the code structure correctly !! I know the syntax of c++, php, and I'm learning Python.
I thought that the problem with the choice of language, but it turned out not.

I think that good code structure is the end result. Write as long as you can. In the process, a good structure will appear. Personally, I studied quake engines.
