Structure of Yii 1.1.15 - how is the site raised on its host?

There is a site on Yii 1.1.15. There is access to it via ftp, but not to all the framework files, but only to the /www/sitename folder.
The folder above is the framework folder, and maybe something else.
Can I fully raise the site with access to the sitename folder?

Where? if you take it to your locale, then most likely yes.
see if there is a composer.json file, if there is, then all packages are installed through it ...
and from FTP you will not be able to run a console command. php composer.phar install
And then you need access to the console...
PS Well, of course, you can configure everything so that everything is taken from here... from the current folder and upload a copy of the frame and all the necessary plugins.. but it's not ice.. (
