Structure of a DDD interview with a business?

I read materials on DDD and there are many indications that you need to communicate with a domain expert. And somehow it reminds me of user interview research.
But I guess there are some differences.
How to talk correctly in order to get the necessary information from the user?
Google doesn't help, it's full of articles about ddd interviews, not at all.
