Strong encryption method?
Rummaged through Habré, found such a thread https://habrahabr.ru/sandbox/92985/ . Just wondering if the method shown there is reliable? If not, why not? Just wondering, I know about other encryption methods anyway.

Good joke.
The method is simply not working, since it can generate collisions during encryption. And if it doesn't generate - it's the simplest substitution cipher with fat redundancy.
Why didn't classical encryption algorithms please you? Take AES (Rijndael), DES (3DES, DESX). Blocky is not needed, choose from streaming: RC4, SEAL.
You can generally stubbornly and take RC6 fully parameterized.
Or TEA - an algorithm in one or two lines.
Any of the above will be an order of magnitude more difficult to crack than those published by amateurs.
