Stripe on HTML WebStorm?

Good afternoon.

Very annoying in the editor - WebStorm vertical bar. Tell me, how can I remove the vertical bar that occurs when creating HTML markup? When creating a js document, it is not there. Occurs when generating HTML.
Ps googled this question. Disabled => Highlight modified lines in gutter doesn't help, also disabled background colors.
