Streets, places, public transport (Europe): nokia here maps, transport, google maps, etc?

I'm thinking of traveling directly. A lot of positive feedback on Nokia cards, and that they have something related to transport (transport). As I understand it, this is the schedule of public transport and its movement patterns.
Interested in opportunities like 2gis: navigate what transport goes where, its routes (as in 2gis, to get directions to the desired point); measure distances; map of public places (hotels, cafes, etc.).
What to use for such tasks? Is there any single software?
Restriction: no carts, rights - too. Hitchhiking or public transport.
For the sights themselves, I think there are guides in the markets.
