Strange things with Habrastorage

I upload image1 (jpg, 100kb) - everything is fine, it can be seen in the preview and when inserted into the article - it is displayed normally.
Uploading picture2 (jpg, 60kb) - loaded, but neither in the preview nor in the article is visible.
What can be wrong?

I once had this because of a bad internet connection. Either the package was lost on the way, or something else, but the picture loaded with zero size. Reloaded, everything was ok.
Not the fact that you have the same thing, but just try re-uploading.

I can't log in to habrastorage at all from the moment of registration. Always throws on the main page of habr. Maybe someone knows what restrictions there are (karma, registration period, etc.)?
