Strange graphics card behavior in linux?

I installed a new video card - asus geforce 210 instead of the old geforce 6600. Archlinux stopped entering graphics mode and the console, if the vga=775 parameter is passed to the kernel, only a black screen appears. If you start the kernel without parameters, then the bare console displays, but when you try to load X, it hangs tightly.
I insert livecd ubunts with the vesa driver by default - well, here she doesn’t want to work either - at the place where multi-colored stripes and artifacts should be entered. Tried other distributions - does not work anywhere. Although windows 7 worked without any problems.
I tried to insert this card into another computer - everything works there too - both Linux and Windows tried another video card (not gf 210, but also nvidia) into my computer - everything works too.
These are strange things, I just can not find a logical explanation and solution.
Configuration of other components (old computer):

  • M/board ECS 915P-A
  • CP: Intel Pentium 4
  • 2 HDDs for 80 and 500 gb (I don’t remember the manufacturers, but I think this is already superfluous here)

With a flashlight in a dark room, look at the screen. The screen backlight may not turn on.

vga=xxx should be removed, it is incompatible with new blobs. Look in the BIOS for a scatter of devices by interrupts and manually scatter them so that they do not intersect. Delete xorg.conf, generate a new one via nvidia-xconfig, try nouveau, finally.
