Strange characters in esp8266 output?

Hello! In general, I have an ESP8266 and an Arduino Uno.
Decided to connect the whole thing and run.
Finally found the article.
He did everything as the Indian says.
I just replaced serial.begin with 115200.
Then I connect to the port and write AT. I get symbols:

ÿ¡µ¤
¥²$£¤
¥²&

If you write different commands. Various characters are coming. I tend to think that something is wrong with the encoding. Or is it not so simple? What to do?)

Have you tried watching at 74k? if the problem is that the firmware does not start, then at this speed there is a readable stack of errors (in any case, not krakozyabry)
