Anyone who has come across the allowed_updates option in the getUpdates Telegram API method, can you explain it on your fingers?

It seems that it not only "works with a delay" ( this parameter doesn't affect updates created before the call to the getUpdates, so unwanted updates may be received for a short period of time ) but also switches some triggers on their server , which you need to switch back later :)

In general, it behaves somehow strange.
